The program is set to run for the next two years, starting in 2025, aligning with India’s growing focus on digital skilling and AI readiness.

As India ranks on top globally among nations running in the race of AI development in terms of AI talent and research output. However, there is a 51% gap between demand and supply of skilled professionals in data and AI. By 2026, the country is expected to need over 1 million trained professionals in these fields. The partnership is a strategic move to address this shortage and build a future-ready workforce.
