UiPath is enhancing its collaboration with FutureSkills Prime, an initiative by MeitY and NASSCOM, by introducing two additional learning programs tailored for business analysts and test automation professionals. These programs will be designed per National Occupational Standards (NOS), expanding on the success of the UiPath RPA Developer Foundation course launched on FutureSkills Prime in July 2023. These new learning pathways aim to address the growing need for proficient automation experts in India while ensuring equal access to emerging job opportunities for individuals.
In a bid to make digital upskilling opportunities more accessible, UiPath is launching a scholarship program that will offer 100 scholarships annually for the next three years to financially disadvantaged individuals seeking UiPath certifications. This initiative will be funded by UiPath's partners and customers, to ensure fair access for all individuals to participate in and benefit from India's digital economy. Additionally, UiPath is collaborating with its network to facilitate automatic interview opportunities for graduates from UiPath Academic Alliance partner institutions. These opportunities will encompass both internships and full-time positions, providing individuals with UiPath certifications access to entry-level roles within the UiPath ecosystem.
UiPath is gearing up to establish 50 Automation Skills Labs across various colleges in India, significantly expanding avenues for students to enhance their automation skills and expertise. These dedicated facilities, slated to be operational by the second half of 2024, will prioritize skills development, innovation, and research. As part of this endeavor, UiPath will collaborate with academic institutions to enrich curricula, offer students opportunities to experiment with developing and deploying UiPath solutions, and foster engagement with the broader industry and community to enhance pathways to employment.
In a move to promote automation literacy for all, UiPath is partnering with academic institutions to create an inclusive environment for individuals to delve into automation. Through the Automation-ready Campus initiative, UiPath Academic Alliance partner institutions will organize hackathons, digital literacy courses, and ideation programs for both faculty and students to explore automation and cultivate skills essential for the future.
Creating pathways to employment is crucial alongside skill development. UiPath is launching the UiPath Talent Connection program in India to offer jobseekers holding UiPath certifications various avenues to employment. This initiative ensures that individuals from diverse backgrounds, ranging from recent graduates to mid-career transitions, have a dedicated platform to network and connect with potential employers, facilitating their entry into emerging job roles.
