AIonOS has acquired a majority stake in Cloud Analogy, a Salesforce Summit Partner. While the financial details of the acquisition, such as valuation and projected revenue growth, remain undisclosed, it has been confirmed that Cloud Analogy will continue to operate as an independent organisation at the operational level under the AIonOS brand name. Currently, the leadership roles remain the same, although changes can be expected in the near future.
C P Gurnani, Founder and CEO of AIonOS, also clarified that they are adopting a federal structure similar to the one AIonOS has with InterGlobe. He stated, “We are trying to get into a federated structure, where each one of us can operate as an independent company but find ways to collaborate together.”
With this investment, AIonOS aims to fuse its AI-driven Customer Experience platform with Cloud Analogy’s multi-cloud Salesforce expertise, creating scalable digital transformation solutions that deliver actionable business outcomes. Together, the companies plan to enhance enterprise productivity through automation, AI-powered decision-making, and more intelligent CRM ecosystems.
While speaking to Dataquest, Arjun Nagulapally, CTO of AIonOS, explained the nature of technological integration expected from this collaboration: “Our IntelliMate agentic platform already relies on Salesforce as a backend to enable these agentic experiences. With this investment, we now have a much deeper integration. We are going to own the implementation part, with 800 certifications that Cloud Analogy has and 500 test consultants.”
“We're going to leverage some of the tech that we build, and they have a bunch of IP that Cloud Analogy has created. That tech will reside on top of our agentic layer so that we can holistically solve customer problems. So, there are a bunch of capabilities that we will synergistically work on towards a larger goal.”
Why Cloud Analogy?
Cloud Analogy brings to the table its proprietary tools like Agentforce, which help businesses manage communication and data flows more effectively within the Salesforce environment. When combined with AIonOS’s IntelliMate, which anticipates customer needs and automates key workflows, the result is expected to be an intelligent, industry-specific CRM stack that is ready to scale.
Overall, with this investment, AIonOS plans to strengthen its global presence and cement its position in the AI-native CRM landscape. Currently, Cloud Analogy has an approximate presence of 30% in India, 10% in the U.S., and 60% in other countries. Similarly, AIonOS has structured its business with 70% in Europe and 30% in Asia. Hence, this synergy will not only operate on a technological and service level but will also complement their geographical outreach.
