The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has launched an online course named 'Basics of Remote Sensing, Geographical Information System, and Global Navigation Satellite System'. The course is being offered by the educational unit of ISRO the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), and focused on equipping individuals with essential knowledge in Remote Sensing, Geographical Information System (GIS), and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) technologies. The program is being offered free of cost as it is sponsored by the Indian Space Research Organisation. Participants will also receive a certificate from IIRS, Dehradun upon successful completion of the course.
