The online registration date for ISRO Cyberspace Competition 2020 has been extended by the Indian Space Research Organisation. While the earlier last date for registration was 24 June 2020, ISRO has now extended it to 28 June 2020. Indian Space Research Organisation is conducting the ISRO Cyberspace Competition 2020 to help students of the country showcase their potential talents through various online competitions.

What is the ISRO Cyberspace Competition 2020?

The organisation says that due to the COVID-19 pandemic conducting outreach programmes related to space science and technology like YUVIKA 2020 are not possible. Therefore, ISRO Cyberspace Competition 2020 has been organised to motivate the student community in India to explore the concepts and in the space science and technology domain. The details of the competition are as follows:

  • Drawing competition for Class 1 to 3.
  • Model making competition for Class 4 to 8.
  • Essay competition for class 9 to 10 (both Hindi and English).
  • Essay competition / Space-Quiz contest for class 11 to 12 (both Hindi and English).

Rules and Regulations of the ISRO Cyberspace Competition 2020

While the dates and exact topics of the above-mentioned competitions will be announced after the end of the online registration, the syllabus has been provided. Students need to keep in mind the following rules and regulations:

  • After successfully applying for the competition students will be provided with a registration number. Students must only write the date and registration number on the right top corner of their answer sheet. Writing such details will make the participation invalid says ISRO.
  • Name, phone number, address, school details, and any such details must not be mentioned.
  • One individual can register and participate in only one competition.
  • Students will need to upload their entry on the link provided by ISRO.
