What is the application process for DRDO Apprenticeship?
Interested candidates can apply through the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) portal. The application process details can be found on the MSDE website under the Career/ Online Recruitment/ Apprentice section.
Here, candidates need to register on the MSDE portal as only registered candidates will be considered for the apprenticeship positions.
Who is eligible for the given apprenticeship?
Candidates with ITI certificates in specified trades are eligible to apply for the apprenticeship. Its duration is one year and the stipend offered is Rs. 7000/- per month.
Additionally, the candidates should also note that only those who have completed their qualifying examination as regular students or candidates are eligible to apply. Also, the given program strictly adheres to government rules regarding reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories.
