This virtual meeting will take place at 11.30 AM on 23rd May 2021. Friends, I need "YOUR" valuable suggestions too. You can send them on my Twitter handle,” said the minister.
The minister has received over 27,000 responses so far, and a majority of them asking for the class 12 CBSE board exams 2021 to be cancelled rather than postponed. “Conducting CBSE board now will definitely give some grave results to us, to our family, and to our country. Thus, I humbly request the Government to cancel these exams. Also, please take the final decision ASAP because until our boards are done we can't focus on JEE,” says Utkarsh.
Conducting the examinations online is one suggestion that has been made by several students. In a poll conducted by Dataquest, 28 percent of the students opted for online examinations. However, the implementation of online examinations at such short notice may not be possible. Both offline and online mode is not feasible in a country like India, as we are not a developed and rich country like USA, Russia, and others that we can ensure each and every child has required gadgets for online exams,” says another student.
A majority of the students are of the view that class 12 CBSE board exams 2021 should be cancelled and students must be graded on the basis on internal assessment. “The need of the hour is to let the colleges or schools promote the students based on internal assessment marks, Or conduct the Online exams for it,” adds a student. Students may also poll on this story to make their opinion known.
