Zoho has announced 4 key enhancements to the company`s online customer relationship management software, Zoho CRM.
The new features include BCC Dropbox, LiveDesk Integration, Custom Related Lists, and MailMagnet for Mobile.
The BCC Dropbox option now allows users to BCC customer emails to CRM, helping maintain relevant and up-to-date customer records. Additionally, the integration with Zoho LiveDesk will now bring customer support and customer information together, on a single platform.
Custom Related Lists can record customer information from multiple sources, including third-party applications, making Zoho CRM a powerhouse of all customer information.
Lastly, MailMagnet for Mobile brings the power of MailMagnet, an email filtering service based on active deals in CRM, to Zoho CRM iPhone, iPad and Android mobile applications.
The latest enhancements to Zoho CRM include important productivity and mobility enhancements.
