A provider of business and technology consulting, IT implementation, IT
outsourcing and BPO, Xansa is a listed company on the London Stock Exchange. The
company has three process and technology centers in India and has establishments
in the UK, North America, continental Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

Although total revenues plunged, the company managed to earn net profits of
Rs 44.38 crore in fiscal 2002-03, compared to Rs 43.06 crore in the previous
year.
