Wipro and NVIDIA Collaborate to Advance Gen AI in Healthcare

Wipro Limited, a technology services and consulting company, has announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to accelerate the adoption of generative artificial intelligence in healthcare through AI-driven strategies, products, and services. This partnership aims to harness the expertise and research of both companies in AI and large language models (LLMs) while utilizing the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software.

Wipro intends to utilize the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software to integrate AI into its existing portfolio of healthcare solutions, particularly in the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicare, and Medicaid. Their ultimate goal is to enhance member experience, increase enrollment, and facilitate claims adjudication. Therefore, the adoption of large language models (LLMs) powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise is expected to streamline processes, boost productivity, provide deeper member intelligence, and improve operational efficiencies.

It has already introduced AI-first enterprise offerings in the healthcare industry, including billing and enrollment solutions, provider and member services, and specific offerings to enhance claims processing and provider data accuracy.
