DQ: What are your growth plans for this year?

Our prime focus would be to scale our technology efforts, for which we might look to raise funds in FY’22. As WhatsApp automation is now gaining traction, we will be conceptualizing our product in a manner that can be easily integrated with new updates and developments without much human input on the backend.

DQ: What were the major challenges the company has faced till now?

Sumit Gupta: As the concept of WhatsApp Automation is fairly new, it was a herculean task for us to make people understand the concept & benefits of an official WhatsApp Business API integration. We used a simple trick, we created videos of user journeys & experiences in various industry verticals such as restaurants, financial services, hospitality, automobiles, ecommerce, real estate, education etc.

Rather than using technical terms & complicated industry jargons to familiarise people with our product, we demonstrated what the product can do through educational blogs and simple yet articulate creatives on social media. Through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, we reached out to our audience and created content that not only reflected our service offerings but also provided insights about industry trends, articles and updates.
