MPO Cassette: It is a very small form factor conversion product which takes conventional fiber connectors (usually 12F but also available for 6F and 24F) and consolidates them into very small form factor MPO connector. These are factory-assembled cassette that can be mounted in a sliding 19-inch 1U height rack.

MPO Trunk Cables: Instead of handling 12 individual patch cords, we have one cable terminating on both ends with MPO connectors. They are available in both multimode as well as single mode fibers. They are factory polished and are available in standard 20m, 30m, 40m and 50m lengths in both straight and cross configurations.

Fan-out Cables: It is an another convenient space and time saving fiber solution. It has one end terminating in 6F or 12F LC or SC connectors and on the other end there is single MPO connector. They are factory polished, and available in all fiber types, usually 50m, 100m lengths.

Floor Mountable Fiber Termination Unit: This indoor type fiber termination unit can avoid bulkier fiber cables reaching data center racks and instead can terminate them under the floor from where fan-out cables would run till MPO cassette mounted on racks.

We have adapted Green component technology. Our optical fiber cabling is green, all our products are designed environmentally safe and are made from safe raw materials. Our environmentally sound products are made from reusable and recyclable raw material. Our product uses efficiency technology, which reduces power consumption and increases density.

Do you see that energy efficiency has become a value addition in the IT products manufacturing industry, today?

A Raja Steps Down Over 2G Spectrum Row

Andimuthu Raja has finally resigned as the telecom minister over the 2G spectrum row. Unrelenting pressure from the Congress forced DMK boss M Karunanidhi to get a reluctant Raja to finally resign. Nevertheless, he asserted that his resignation should not be interpreted as an ackowledgement of guilt. He defended his performance as a minister.

The pressure was building up on the government for Rajas resignation for quite some time. His relations with corporate lobbyist Nira Radia had sent the parliament uproarious earlier this year. Due to DMKs backing, he continued to be in the ministry. But it became extremely difficult for Raja to remain in power after Jayalalitha threw an open offer to Congress of its partys unconditional support.

Raja was accused of selling 2G spectrum at dirt cheap rates in 2008, which presumably resulted in a loss of up to `1.70 lakh crore to the national exchequer. In its final report on the alleged scam in 2G spectrum allocation, CAG had said that the minister for IT and communications overruled advice from the PMs office and Ministries of Law and Finance, and the recommendations of the Telecom Commission to allocate 2G spectrum. Added to Rajas woes further was the bafflement expressed by the Supreme Court over his continuing in the government.

Experts perceive the 2G spectrum case as the largest political corruption case in modern Indian history which resulted into huge financial losses to the Indian government. HRD minister Kapil Sibal was given the additional charge of the telecom ministry.

Blekko boasts to scour 3 bn web pages that it considers worthwhile, but it shows only the top results on any given topic. It calls its edited lists of websites as slashtags.
