While

it was a year of goof ups and some missed opportunities, this pure-breed tech

support BPO company bounced back not only to strengthen its processes, it also

consolidated operations, did some right-sizing and bagged four major US

accounts. vCustomer also managed to improve its score on the quality front. It

got the ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. The company is

also working towards implementing BS7799 standards to create a stringent

"zero tolerance" security environment.
