NVIDIA has appointed Bengaluru-based CloudThat as its first official Education Services Partner in India. This collaboration marks the first time an Indian ed-tech company has received authorisation to deliver NVIDIA’s official curriculum for artificial intelligence (AI) and accelerated computing.

The partnership aims to address the growing demand for technical expertise as Indian organisations and academic institutions work to scale their AI capabilities. CloudThat will now provide industry-recognised training to enterprises, universities, and individual professionals across the country.

Specialised Curriculum and Hands-On Training

The training programs cover a broad range of technical disciplines. These include AI model development, computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI. The curriculum also focuses on the operational side of technology, such as MLOps and production-scale deployment.

Learners enrolled in these programs gain access to the NVIDIA AI ecosystem. This includes:

  • GPU-accelerated labs: Direct access to hardware for real-world testing.

  • Curated environments: Pre-configured development setups to reduce startup time.

  • Pre-built models: Access to existing frameworks for faster experimentation.

  • Workflow tools: Specialised software to manage the AI lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Certified Instruction and Industry Impact

CloudThat’s instructors lead the sessions, featuring the first two NVIDIA-certified trainers in India. This level of instruction is intended to prepare a workforce for roles in AI engineering, data science, robotics, and AI infrastructure.

Bhavesh Goswami, CEO and founder of CloudThat, stated that the focus remains on developing human expertise alongside infrastructure. He noted that for India to achieve its AI goals, the country must build systems that reflect local data and scale.

This development follows a recent visit by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang to India. During his tour, Huang emphasised that India should manufacture its own AI rather than exporting data to import intelligence. The appointment of a local education partner serves as a step toward building this self-sufficient talent pool.
