Udacity announces Udacity Propel in collaboration with Paytm, Innerchef, 1Mg, etc

In an ever emergent technological ecosystem with skills like automation and artificial intelligence becoming the need of the hour, professionals and students are constantly looking at upskilling themselves to beef up their resumes. Due to the growing skill gap, there is an increased interest by recruiters in all sectors to hire candidates with specialised tech skills. Therefore, in an attempt to provide a networking platform to organizations and professionals with real world skills, Udacity launched it’s career fair Udacity Propel on Friday, 28th April at Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon in collaboration with companies like Paytm, MapMyIndia, Innerchef, 1Mg, Rivigo, Qualtech, GoFro, Indiarush, Simform, Witty Feed, Healers at Home, Kayako and Trade Logic.

Commenting on the launch, Ishan Gupta, MD India, Udacity said, “Currently, there is a huge gap in the hiring  expectations of recruiters and skills possessed by tech graduates. The hiring requirements of these recruiters were primarily skills like Android Development, iOS, Full-stack, Front End, Data Science/Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Self-Driving Car Technology. These and more such hi-tech skills are taught to students on the Udacity platform through its flagship Nanodegree programs.
