For the second year running, Trend Micro doubled its revenues in India but
still remained weak in the consumer segment. More than 95% of the revenues came
from the corporate segment and almost 65% of that was from large enterprise
customers. Bolstered by the acquisition of InterMute, Trend Micro launched three
anti-spyware solutions. However, VirusWall and Trend Internet Security remained
the company's best sellers. It also tied up with VSNL for distribution of its
PC-Cillin antivirus solution amongst all its Internet subscribers.
