Sam Henderson, MD, Channels and Alliances, APAC & Japan, Trellix, tells us more. Excerpts from an interview:

DQ: What are Trellix's strategies to help the channel partners grow their business?

Sam Henderson: Our channel partners are an important and critical part of our GTM strategy. To facilitate smooth collaboration and provide them with opportunities for growth, Trellix launched its Xtend partner program earlier this year. This program is aimed at increasing profitability, engagement, and growth through the widespread adoption of the Trellix XDR platform for partners. The Trellix ecosystem offers partners a unique chance to develop and deliver value-added services on top of its XDR (Xtended Detection Response) platform.

Trellix XDR employs a "living security" approach with extensive and in-depth interconnections with native and third-party providers. Because of this, partners may quickly integrate Trellix into their clients' existing environments and sell to clients all around the world. In addition to adding comprehensive detection, response, and remediation of cyber threats affecting operations, it reduces complexity, and boosts efficiency.

DQ: How much does Trellix use the channel partner networks to grow its business in India?

Sam Henderson: Partners are a crucial part of our business ecosystem. They provide us with a larger scale and scope, higher agility, and speed to market and their Pan India team, extensive network, and technical expertise, not only help us get to the market faster, but also support us with a good customer experience and build trusted relationships. Their business intelligence helps us develop and implement new and updated products based on market needs and demands.

Additionally, partners are a solid and extended team for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) like us, and we work very closely with them. Affiliate programs help us keep our partner community engaged and increase revenue and business growth. In addition, it allows the company to engage with customers through sales teams, channel partners and co-marketing activities, making it an important aspect of business promotion for the organization.
