2004-05 was the first year TransWorks completed as part of Indian Rayon-a 64%
growth proves that it has indeed been a fruitful association. However, it also
meant final severing of the umbilical cord as two of its founders left to start
their own healthcare BPO. The company attempted to move up the proverbial value
chain by adding data analytics and business intelligence solutions. This was
achieved through a strategic alliance with the Connecticut-based Innovative
Marketing Consultants.
