Going Digital- what does it mean to you and your organisation?

Going Digital is making things simpler, faster and cheaper by using the power of Data & Technology. In the current age, every business and any manual action can be improved with the power of new age technologies to transform into Digital Business or process and at the same time enhance the user experience.

What is your Digital Transformation plan, strategy and the deliverables you expect or already coming in?

At Mphasis, our strategy is to enable customers to reimagine their digital future by applying a unique formula of industry-specific X2C2TM framework – Anything to Cloud, Powered by Cognitive. We do it through an integrated consumer-centric Front to Back™ (F2B) transformations with business-driven KPIs. We have also adopted the ‘Service Transformation’ approach to make our service delivery faster, better, cheaper thus focusing on helping our clients in their journey to Digital IT.

Can you suggest 3 Digital transformation roll out best practices?

One, any transformation initiative has to be driven from top-down and Digital transformation is not exception to this. For the Digital Transformation to be successful, it has to be business outcome driven transformation initiative with buy-in from functional stakeholders. Two, always look holistically – the larger picture and do not take isolated local or temporary-fix path. It is extremely critical to stitch the process for the larger scope before the transformation journey can be initiated. Finally, leverage the power of technology (Analytics, Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence etc) to deliver simpler, faster and cheaper business outcome anywhere-anytime.

What are the 3 priorities for your IT Organization in 2018?

The first one is talent management and transformation including employee lifecycle transformation across enterprise. The second one would be ‘Process Automation’ using RPA and Orchestration for all IT services to enhance turnaround time and employee experience. The third is DB Consolidation and migration to Cloud in alignment to our strategy of X2C2TM transformation.
