financial services industry, has introduced TransFlow Versa solution that caters

It helps in gathering and organizing data which helps build entire workflow
process. Workflow management, operations management and project management are
the three important features of this application. Its a 100% customizable
application as per customers needs, says Kunkalienkar.
Though the application caters to the BPO and medical transcription
processing, it is very much suitable to all kinds of service oriented
industries. It is best suited to industries such as insurance, banking,
healthcare, human resource, finance, accounting, and telemarketing.
From the business processing environment perspective, TransFlow Versa has the
ability to measure agent-level performance and productivity, which makes it
possible to identify efficient employees and incentivize them commensurate with
their efficiency standards, adds Kunkalienkar.
This web based operations management solution encompasses project structuring
with resource management and infrastructure utilization with respect to task
allocation, report generation of management information systems (MIS) across
performance parameters of profit, productivity, quality monitoring, and
accuracy.
Definitely, this solution can work along the existing system as it has
capabilities of measuring the productivity, quality and service level agreements
(SLAs) of a project, which helps an organization in understanding the work
processing related activities, explains Kunkalienkar.
Further, This solution provides a better control over a particular project
of an organization. Also, we have found that the solution usage increases the
productivity by 10-15%, he adds.
Because of the inbuilt template that manages day-to-day operations in any
business process scenario, it is also called as operation management solution.
The application can be scalable to any number of users in a large organization
with suitable plug-ins and modules as per requirements.
Its developed on Java/J2EE based technology with a database linkage to
Microsoft SQL. Also, since it being an off-the-shelf product the interface can
be tested in any environment.
Also, there would be an implementation of a drag-and-drop facility which
would enable the user to create a workflow using a graphical interface, says
Kunkalienkar.
Mumbai based Saraswat Infotech is targeting this solution for medium and
large sized businesses. Presently, it is available in two pricing modelslicense
and software as a server (SaaS). For the license model, the customer pays as per
user, per process and on a corporate basis. While, the SaaS model is offered per
users and per transaction basis.
Since Saraswat Infotech has its own data center, TransFlow can be used as a
working model where the customer can pay according to the number of users on the
application or the number of transactions taking place, concludes Kunkalienkar.
