S-based Torry Harris Business Solutions, a provider of
services for Middleware technology, plans to increase its current headcount of
750 employees in Bangalore and Shenzen, China to 1000 next year. The company has
around 50 engineers at its China center while the rest of the developers work
out of Bangalore. "We have been complementing the skills of both India and
China. We don't find language a barrier," said Ashwin Krishna, COO, Torry
Harris Business Solutions.
He said that Chinese engineers had good technology skills in
the integration space. Krishna added that the company plans to take up new
technology initiatives in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Open Source
Software (OSS).
