Lynn Elwood is responsible for Product Marketing for the OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) suite of solutions, one of five foundational pillars of OpenText's Enterprise Information Management (EIM) strategy. Elwood and her team focus on understanding the market, and working closely with the product and sales teams to ensure our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. Elwood has been with OpenText over 12 years, focusing on enterprise content management solutions including the ECM portfolio, Microsoft portfolio and, within Hummingbird, parts of the eDOCS portfolio.

India market...India's top organizations are increasingly adopting OpenText's Enterprise-class cloud services and applications as their one-stop shopping solution for securely managing, exchanging and socializing information assets and optimizing the business processes they fuel.

Expansion strategy...The company has expanded its Hyderabad research and development center and also opened its new Mumbai office to address the company's significant market opportunity in the emerging EIM market. This has also been done with the intention to support our rapidly growing customer base in India, which currently exceeds approximately 300.

Employee perspective...The company intends to expand as it prepares to double the size of its workforce in India over the next few years. The expansion, which will see OpenText occupy a total of nearly 100,000 square feet in Hyderabad, will allow the company to accelerate its EIM strategy and leadership.
