Our
cars are getting better, our roads are improving and all of a sudden driving to
Pune from Mumbai is only a pleasant two-hour affair. I finish phone calls thanks
to the uninterrupted cellular network along the lovely expressway and I'm
beaming with the thought of a perfect new world. But wait! All is not well. Why
am I shelling out cash at toll collection gate? No smartcards for a regular
commuter like me so I can zip through? Even my regular city-limit toll
collection gates use RFID cards. There is no such thing as a perfect world after
all, is there?
