We worked with a large retailer in US and Canada with more than 2600 stores that was facing challenges due to consumerization of technology and wanted to move to next generation integrated format of retail. Happiest Minds implemented a bouquet of transformational services ranging from warehouse process management to customer interface touch points.

We developed an integrated mobile enabled platform using Interactive tablets as kiosks and iPods as communication devices providing workflow automation for improved warehouse operations, in-store operations, unified communication, digital display, self services kiosks, BI analytics and reporting.

To give you another example, we also partnered with a leading company in FMCG, lifestyle, sports and fashion market. The company has several plants in India and sells its products in over 50 countries. The customer wanted our help in creating and sustaining a vibrant user community.
