| The top three paymasters are R&D organizations; seven of the top 10 are MNCs. But as the salary satisfaction rank shows, there is virtually no connection between salary and satisfaction with salary! (The correlation is 0.08). Top paymaster Cadence is #10 in the salary satisfaction rank; yet at not-so-good paymaster TCS (#13 in salary rank), employees are quite satisfied with salaryat rank #4 |
