We asked 462 BPO employees across the country 60 different questions relating

to their work and their companies. Here's what they had to say

Employees were asked to rate each statement on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1

was strongly disagree and 10 was strongly agree. Based on their responses, means

were calculated for an overall assessment of the industry's performance on

each question and each parameter.

The key score to watch out for when looking at any single company is the

"most satisfied" or "strongly agree" score. It is an

indication of employee engagement with the company and usually a better

indicator of a company's strengths. Essentially, it measures how many of its

employees are most satisfied on any single count. Industry numbers indicate

percentage employees saying 'Strongly Agree', 'Somewhat Agree' or 'Strongly

Disagree' with each statement. Company rankings are based on percentage

employees saying 'Strongly Agree' only.
