Despite a volatile stock market situation, OnMobile, one of the early movers
in the mobile VAS space, went ahead with its IPO during FY 08, when it got
listed in two Indian exchanges. OnMobiles mobile backup solution attracted a
good mindshare among services providers both in India and outside. The company
acquired Voxmobili, a European personal mobile data management software vendor
thereby expanding both its product portfolio and geographical reach. It bagged
the Best VAS Partner Award 2007 by Airtel.

of Oracle ERP services for the mid-markets. It could now offer consulting
through an Oracle DBA Think Tank and expand its Peoplesoft capabilities to
include university implementations of Peoplesoft HRMS. Infogain also partnered
Compiere, active in open source ERP and CRM, as well as Manthan Systems. This
inorganic growth strategy doubled its income from the retail domain while OPD
accounted for one-third of the companys FY 08 revenues.
