Steven Paul Jobs, chairman and co-founder of Apple, Inc, during the early days of establishing his own firm, had clearly identified his interests in not making but envisaging the PC. On his loss, even the American president commented: Steve was running among the greatest of American innovatorsbrave enough to think differently, bold enough to believe he could change the world, and talented enough to do it. The world has lost a visionary. And there may be no greater tribute to Steves success than the fact that much of the world learned of his passing on a device he invented.

A CEO of a products company, Steve was not just the planman for the company but was eventually shaping the technology roadmap for the entire world. A CTO would seldom fail to sense and foresee the technology ahead, but here he was making it possible already.
