TCS has announced an expanded partnership with Google Cloud and unveiled its latest offering, TCS Generative AI. This new collaboration aims to provide custom-tailored business solutions to clients, utilizing Google Cloud's generative AI services to accelerate growth and transformation.

Drawing on its extensive domain knowledge and investments in research and innovation, TCS has developed a wide range of AI-powered solutions in areas such as AIOps, Algo Retail, smart manufacturing, digital twins, and robotics. The company is currently collaborating with clients from various industries to explore the potential of generative AI in delivering value within their specific business contexts.

TCS Generative AI is powered by Google Cloud's Generative AI tools, including Vertex AI, Generative AI Application Builder, and Model Garden, along with TCS' own solutions. TCS will leverage its client-specific contextual knowledge, design thinking, and agile development processes to collaborate with clients in ideating solutions, rapidly prototyping promising ideas, and building comprehensive transformation solutions that offer enhanced time to value.

To facilitate these collaborative efforts, TCS will utilize its co-innovation hubs called TCS Pace Ports. These hubs, located in New York, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Amsterdam, and Tokyo, not only serve as spaces for joint innovation but also provide opportunities for clients to engage with academic researchers and start-up partners within TCS' extended innovation ecosystem.

TCS has been heavily investing in scaling its expertise in rapidly evolving cloud technologies and currently boasts over 25,000 certified engineers on Google Cloud. Additionally, the company has trained over 50,000 associates in AI and aims to earn 40,000 skill badges in Google Cloud Generative AI within the year to meet the expected demand for its new offering.

Krishnan Ramanujam, president of the Enterprise Growth Group at TCS, emphasized the company's ability to leverage generative AI with deep contextual knowledge to develop innovative enterprise-level solutions. He expressed TCS' commitment to investing in assets, frameworks, and talent to drive growth and transformation for its customers through generative AI.

Kevin Ichhpurani, corporate vice president of Global Partner Ecosystems and Channels at Google Cloud, highlighted TCS' expertise in business transformation and its dedication to training thousands of professionals in Google Cloud Generative AI. He emphasized that TCS and Google Cloud will collaborate to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities, focusing on real-world use cases and delivering significant business value.

Through its Google Business Unit, TCS offers customers a comprehensive range of services and solutions, leveraging its contextual knowledge, industry-focused innovation, and the capabilities of Google Cloud's platform. The offerings include advisory services, foundational cloud-building and security services, applications and data modernization, AI build and deployment services, managed services for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and tailored digital solutions across various industries.
