TCS Partners With SAP

Tata Consultancy Services Limited, a leading global IT

services and consulting firm, has announced a global partnership with SAP AG to

deliver Adaptive Manufacturing solutions utilizing SAP xApp Manufacturing

Integration and Intelligence (SAP XMII) and a set of TCS' industry specific

composite applications. TCS also announced today that its software tool for

plant information integration - which will form the basis for these composites -

was certified as "Powered by SAP NetWeaver." "This partnership

brings together a comprehensive solution from SAP, with a compelling global

delivery model and rich manufacturing solutions domain expertise from TCS,"

said Sudipta Bhattacharya, senior VP for manufacturing and PLM solutions, SAP

AG.
