TCS NQT 2021 Registration is Underway for Special Edition, Fresh Graduates Can Apply

TCS NQT 2021 registration is now being conducted for graduates for the special edition of the National Qualifier Test. TCS organises NQT to recruit freshers into the company. Furthermore, the scores will also be considered by other leading companies such as Seaknots, UXD Jobs, Wishtree, Happiest Minds, Croma, Tata Electronics, Norican Group, Refinitiv, Nava Bharat, Prototech Solutions, and Aphelion Labs among others. TCS NQT 2021 registration is currently being conducted only for graduates from 2019 and 2020.

TCS NQT is multi-level assessment conducted to determine if a graduate has the following competencies and skills that are required by companies while recruiting freshers: Competence on the core cognitive processes required for entry-level jobs, industry-specific knowledge and insights, and specialisation on skills required to perform various job roles.

Types of NQT Tests Available

Graduates from 2019 and 2020 can take the following tests to be able to apply for jobs at companies, as well as on the TCS iON Job Listing portal that will be made available soon:

• Attitudinal Alignment NQT: Psychometric test to assess personality traits and dispositions relevant to the workplace.
• Industry NQT score: Performance measure of the understanding of industry-specific dimensions. Currently, only the Information Technology industry NQT score is available, and Retail and Banking will be added soon.
• Subject NQT score: Performance measure of role-specific skills on the dimensions of knowledge and ability. Currently, the subject NQT tests available are IT programming, basic computer skills, and accountant tests.
• TCS NQT score: Performance measure of cognitive skills in the areas of verbal, numerical and reasoning abilities. The NQT score is a prerequisite for all the tests.

TCS NQT 2021 Registration Details

Interested graduates need to apply on the designated website before 27 February 2021. There are a limited number of registrations, which means that candidates need to submit applications soon. TCS NQT 2021 registration is free, and no fee of any kind is involved. Applicants can either register with TCS iON or log in through their Google, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts among others. Tests will be conducted at TCS iON centres.
