	50% owned by Reliance Infocom 30% of revenues from large enterprise sales Anti-piracy drive helped boost topline

For Tally, nee peutronics, it was boom-time–revenues grew 174%, mostly due to domestic product sales. This happened because of a ‘Voluntary Disclosure Scheme’ that was launched in the third quarter to induce users of pirated Tally software to purchase authorized software at 40% discount. The scheme lasted for a quarter and got a lot of conversions. Interestingly, Tally got 5.5% of its revenues from the export market last year.
