Symphony Teleca Corporation, a global innovation and development services company, recently celebrated its first annual global employee recognition and appreciation event, the Sparkles Award 2013 in which outstanding STC employees were honored for their strong work achievement and team performance. A series of additional award ceremonies and celebration events also took place from October 1 - 4, 2013 around the
world, across STC's 32 global offices.
This year's Sparkles Award, themed the "Spirit of One: One Team, One Company, One Culture and One Brand", brought STC's near 6,000 employees together to rejoice the merger between Symphony Services and Teleca
in 2012. The event provided STC employees an opportunity to connect across all levels, functions and locations and showcase their talents in various professional fields and technology domains.
"We at Symphony Teleca take pride in our diversity, rich culture and strong values that help us stand apart from others and deliver to the best of our potential. As we continue to focus on the fundamental pillars that make a difference to our business, our greatest asset, our employees, play a pivotal role in defining our success," said Sanjay Dhawan, President & CEO, Symphony Teleca. "The annual Sparkles Award celebrates the spirit of oneness and we're confident that the launch of the event will draw greater involvement and engagement from our employee communities as we move towards creating a more diverse and confident
organization."
In Bangalore, India, STC employees celebrated the Sparkles Award with exciting performances with guest appearance by the Skeleton Dance Crew (SDC), best known by it's "Tron Act". Across the globe, STC offices
organized local culture themed celebration events that brought the STC family together as one.
