Symantec heads the list of pure play security vendors in the country. The company is second only to Cisco, whose security business generated more revenues during 2003-04. While enterprise business contributed about 70% of the overall pie, rest came from the consumer side. The company launched Norton Internet Security 2004 for the enterprise. It also formed alliances with system integrators like Wipro Infotech, HCL Comnet, Sify, Softcell, etc.
