Suburban Diagnostics selects IBM to scale up business operations

IBM announced that Suburban Diagnostics has signed a five-year partnership to take advantage of IBM’s business consulting services and IBM Cloud to support its business transformation. As part of the agreement, IBM team will provide business consulting and cloud services to enhance customer experience and improve business operations to help Suburban achieve enhanced profitability and reduce overall costs.

Suburban Diagnostics, established in 1994 has rapidly emerged as one of the most technologically advanced diagnostic centres. Headquartered in Mumbai, with diagnostic centres across Western India, Suburban Diagnostics is uniquely placed to become the premier diagnostic centre for doctors and patients. Currently the organization has 100 plus centres with major presence in Mumbai, Pune and Goa. As part of its next phase of business expansion, Suburban is planning a foray into other states to create a pan India presence.

Suburban will leverage IBM’s business consulting and technology services to drive efficiencies and transform the business towards better outcomes for customers and employees. IBM proposed a slew of consulting and cloud based solutions that will provide the technology backbone to support Suburban's strategy and bolster business operations. Enterprise technology solutions hosted on IBM Cloud to assist a scalable business model for growth will ensure seamless and efficient operational IT environment.
