CBSE results 2020 have been declared. However, several students have been unable to access their results as the website servers seem to have crashed. Students and parents trying to access the results through the official website are getting the following message: Connection timed out. “How we can see the 12th CBSE results, websites have crashed, phone numbers are not working. Do we have any other option? Please help,” says Ajay Pillai on Twitter like several others.
The Central Board of Secondary Education has, however, acknowledged the problem and said that students should be able to access results within two hours. “As informed by NIC there is a technical issue in accessing cbse results. The same is likely to resume in two hours. However, complete results have been sent to all schools and students can obtain their results from schools. The results are also being pushed through Digilocker,” said CBSE.
“In addition to the arrangements made by CBSE to access results, complete results have also been sent to all schools. Schools can check their complete result from official e mails IDs created for each school CBSE this year,” added CBSE.
To access CBSE results 2020 from Digilocker, students and parents are advised to undertake the following steps.
