The company was chosen as an exclusive vendor by principals like Adobe and Macromedia to market and sell CLP licenses and Breeze respectively in the Indian market. Under licensing business portfolio, major clients added during 2003-04 were ACS India, Oracle India, General Motors, HDFC Bank, AOL, Honeywell, Cognizant, IT Solutions, E I DuPont and Ford.
Despite being a Microsoft partner, Softcell started supporting Red Hat Linux, mainly for the SME segment
Though top-line declined, net profits grew by three times
