Sindhu Gangadharan, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SAP Labs India, as well as the Head of SAP User Enablement, has taken on the role of Vice Chairperson at The National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM). In this new capacity, Sindhu will apply her extensive experience in technology and corporate leadership, which she has acquired over several decades in both India and Germany, to help shape India's TechAde.
Recognized widely as a Technology Humanist, Sindhu stands among the foremost voices in the technology sector today. As the first woman to lead SAP Labs India, the largest R&D center for SAP globally, Sindhu holds responsibility for overseeing product development and innovation across all five SAP Labs centers in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Additionally, she serves as the Head of SAP User Enablement, a role in which she provides consistent, intelligent, and personalized enablement for SAP's complete product portfolio.

Earlier this year, Sindhu assumed the role of Chairperson for the Nasscom GCC Council for the term 2023-2025. She also holds positions on the boards of esteemed organizations such as Siemens India and Titan Company Limited. Furthermore, Sindhu is an integral member of the Steering Committee of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, a prominent industry body facilitating trade and collaborations between India and Germany.
Sindhu's remarkable journey as a female leader in the technology sector, and her unwavering commitment to empowering and enabling the youth of India, have earned her a prestigious spot on the Advisory Board of YuWaah, an initiative supported by UNICEF.
