Satyam Allots Shares

Satyam Computer Services has informed that the board of directors of the company

has allotted 85,590 equity shares through circular resolution on December 30,

2005, under stock option plans of the company.

mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share

capital of Satyam Computers has gone up from 32,32,20,768 equity shares of Rs 2

each aggregating Rs 64,64,41,536 to 32,33,06,358 equity shares of Rs 2 each

aggregating Rs 64,66,12,716.
