After two very difficult years, Bangalore-based Sasken showed a healthy topline and bottomline growth driven by increased demand from cellular OEMS and handset manufacturers. It set up a subsidiary, Sasken Network Systems, during the fiscal to provide operation support and billing expertise to service providers. The company also launched Model Development Services that helps handset manufacturers effectively manage software elements that go into different cell phone models.
