Samtech Infonet had a good fiscal in 2002-03 as it managed to turn around the
previous year’s revenues slide into significant positive growth. The company
also expanded its operations into North America, the UK and Singapore. Samtech
largely focused on growing the reach of HR2, its HR software for small and
medium enterprises, in the US market. In India, it launched the intelligent
character recognition SW through a tieup with Israel-based Top Image Systems.
