RSA made good grounds in India, thanks to its focus on four core disciplines
of e-security-authentication, web access management, encryption and digital
signatures. Its India client roster included Infosys, TVS Electronics, Spice
Telecom, Daksh and Bharti amongst others. HCL Comnet, Wipro, Ramco, WeP, Apara,
Datacraft and Softcell Technologies were some of the RSA SIs, as it garnered
nearly 5% of the overall security products and services market in the country.
It also targeted the SMBs with SecurID Appliance that came bundled with SecurID
tokens and RSA Authentication Manager 6.0 software.
