Roshni Nadar to head HCL Corporation

At a time when founders of Infosys and Wipro had stayed off the ‘heir apparent' talks and made it clear that their sons and daughters will never be the head, HCL Corporation begs to differ. According to reports, the company's current chairman Shiv Nadar has informed that his daughter Roshni 31, will succeed him after his retirement. Roshni is currently the CEO and executive director of the HCL Corp which owns HCL Tech and HCL Infosytems, which is being run by independent CEOs and are publicly listed.

HCL Tech over the year has emerged as India's 4th largest IT services company while HCL Infosystems is a PC Company.

Roshni, an alumni of Kellogg's School of Management, currently looks after the group's education initiatives driven by the Shiv Nadar Foundation and also looks after the treasury related work at HCL.
