RITES recruitment 2021 is being conducted for 20 vacancies on contract basis for which interested engineers may apply
RITES recruitment 2021 for engineers is currently underway for 20 vacancies wherein candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis initially for a period of one year. The period of appointment could be extended until the completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance, says the notification. The opportunity is open to retired professionals, and those selected will be paid a salary of up to Rs 1,54,000 based on their qualifications and experience.
Who Can Apply for RITES Recruitment 2021?
The RITES recruitment notification says that there are a total of 20 vacancies out of which 10 are for chief resident engineers, and 10 are for assistant resident engineers. The qualifications required for the vacancies are as follows:
- For the 10 chief resident engineer vacancies, candidates with a BE, BTech or BSc in engineering degree in civil engineering can apply. The candidates should have minimum total 25 years of post-qualification experience out of which minimum 6 Years should be in same or similar position like Chief Engineer.
- For the 10 assistant resident engineer vacancies, candidates with a full time first ass Diploma in Civil Engineering or first class BE, BTech or BSc in engineering degree in civil engineering can apply. Candidates need to have 12 years’ general experience for diploma holdersor 6 years for degree holders out of which 6 years or 3 years should be in same or similar position like AEN or above in relevant field of Railway Construction projects.
