RITES recruitment 2021 for engineers is being conducted through GATE 2020 and 2021 scores for 48 Graduate Engineer Trainee vacancies. Final year or semester students are also eligible to apply provided they have obtained a minimum of 60% marks for General or EWS or 50% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates against reserved posts or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all semesters or years up to pre-final examination. Those selected will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 40,000 to 1,40,000.
Who Can Apply for RITES Recruitment 2021 for Engineers?
The RITES recruitment notification issued on the official website says that there are a total of 48 vacancies for which candidates with full time degrees approved by UGC, or AICTE from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 can apply. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria should have appeared for GATE 2020 or 2021 as under paper codes CE, ME or EE. Selected candidates will be on training for a period of 2 months, and on completion of the training period, the candidates will be engaged as engineers in IDA pay.
How to Apply for RITES Recruitment 2021 for Engineers?
Interested applicants who meet the required eligibility criteria will have to submit applications online on the official website before 25 August 2021. While submitting the online application, the system will generate a registration number on top of the online form filled up by the candidate. This number needs to be noted down and quoted for all further communication with RITES.
