Ricoh India recently announced the launch of its fully integrated cloud-enabled PACS solution ‘Picasso’. The new solution from Ricoh will not only provide access of medical images to patients and clinicians, reduce cost of providing medical care but also help us in saving the environment.
A web based multi-specialty cloud-enabled solution, Picasso offers a wide range of benefits to Patients, Radiologists, Consultants and hospitals. The solution will improve user efficiency, reduce turnaround time, minimize cost of clinical imaging, optimize image compression, providing remote access to doctors. In addition to the physician and the radiologist, Picasso provides anytime-anywhere access to medical images to the patient as well, enabling them to access images on any mobile device such as tablets, cell phone or laptops. Further, it seamlessly integrates with any existing Hospital Information System (HIS) or Radiology Information System (RIS), to ensure consolidated patient’s data. This solution is hosted on Ricoh Cloud and meets all quality and security standard of healthcare and IT.
