i-flex Net Profit Grows 50%



i-flex solutions posts net profit of Rs 372.3 crore for the year 2007-08 with a
growth of 50% over the same period last year. The company's revenues stood at

Rs 2,061 crore with a growth of 39% y-o-y basis. For the quarter ended on March

31, 2007, the company's net profits were Rs 132.4 crore with 19% q-o-q growth

and revenues were 601 crore with 8% growth q-o-q.

Accel's Q4 Net Profit Grows 35%



Chennai-based IT services company Accel Frontline (AFL) has posted a net profit
growth of 35.39% at Rs 2.41 crore in the fourth quarter compared with Rs 1.78

crore in the year-ago quarter. Accel's net sales increased by 13.22% to Rs

24.49 crore compared with Rs 21.63 crore in the corresponding period a year ago,

on a standalone basis.

MindTree Posted 66% Growth



MindTree Consulting posted a net profit of Rs 90 crore for the year 2007-08,
with a growth of over 66% compared to Rs 54.21 crore posted during the same

period last year. Revenues for the 2007-08 stood at Rs 590.35 crore, showing a

growth of 31.5% over the same period last fiscal. The company had posted Rs

448.80 crore revenues last year.

Aptech PAT Grows by 325%



Aptech posted revenues of Rs 50.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, a
growth of 41% compared to Rs 36.36 crore for the same period previous fiscal.

The company's profit after tax grew by 325% to Rs 6.80 crore from Rs 1.56

crore from the same period last year. During the quarter, the company opened its

centers in Mongolia, Kuwait, Dubai, Iran and EL Salvador made operational.

HCL Infosystems PAT up by 10%



HCL Infosystems has announced its unaudited results for the quarter ended March
31, 2007. The company has reported consolidated revenues of Rs 2,954.3 crore

during the quarter ended March 31, 2007, taking the YTD nine months consolidated

revenues to Rs 8,747.1 crore, a growth of 5% over the corresponding period of

the previous year.

Polaris Net at Rs 101.06 Cr



Polaris Software Lab amassed a net profit of Rs 101.06 crore for the year ended
March 31, 2007, posting a 374% increase (Rs 21.30 crore in FY 05-06) from the

previous year. Consolidated revenue was Rs 1,023.37 crore, growing by 25% over

the previous year. For the quarter ended 31 March 2007, consolidated revenue was

up by 36.17 per cent at Rs 270.78 crore. PAT was Rs. 21.40 crore.

Goldstone Tech Q4 Net up



Goldstone Technologies has recorded consolidated revenues of Rs 26.28 crore with
a profit of Rs 3.20 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2007, as

against revenues of Rs 16.8 crore and loss of Rs 0.1 crore for the corresponding

quarter of the previous year. For the fiscal ended March 31, 2007, the company's

consolidated sales were Rs 96.9 crore with a net profit of Rs 12.4 crore.

3i Infotech PAT Up 81.2%



3i Infotech, IT solutions provider has reported profit after tax of Rs 104.5
crore representing a y-o-y growth of 81.2% for the year ended on 31 March, 2007.

Revenues of the company stood at Rs 670.8 crore grew by 58.2% over the last

year.

Sonata Soft Q4 Net Up



For the year ended March, 2007, Sonata Software's consolidated revenues
increased by 76% to about Rs 895 crore while consolidated PAT increased by 74%

to about Rs 48 crore.

Nucleus Q4 Income Rises



Nucleus Software Exports has reported a 42.93% increase in its consolidated
revenues to Rs 60.16 crore for the last quarter of the financial year ended

March 31, 2007, from Rs 42.09 crore over the corresponding quarter last year.

The company's net profit rose by 27.98% to Rs 13.95 crore for the quarter as

against Rs 10.9 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Info Edge's Q4 Net Up



Info Edge (India) has reported net profit of Rs 10.13 crore for the fourth
quarter ended March 31. The company reported net sales of Rs 43.6 crore for the

period. As the company got listed on the stock exchange in November 2006, the

corresponding figures for the previous fiscal are not available.

Megasoft Q1 Net Up



Megasoft has recorded consolidated revenues of Rs 65.06 crore and a net profit
of Rs 12.09 crore for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007 as against revenues

of Rs 35.89 crore and a net profit of Rs 7.46 crore for the corresponding

quarter last year. This reflects a growth of 81% in revenue and 62% in net over

corresponding quarter last year.
