Reliance Jio recharges can now be done through WhatsApp, as the company has integrated with WhatsApp. Apart from Reliance Jio recharges, customers can also use the Facebook-owned platform to make payments, get answer to queries, raise complaints and much more. The company says that this integration with WhatsApp is going to bring “the most innovative product for customer empowernment in recent times.”
“WhatsApp is a household name and almost every smartphone user uses WhatsApp multiple times a day. Keeping this in mind, and ensuring Jio customers get served at their comfort, Jio users will now be able to get full control of their Mobility, JioFiber and JioMart account via WhatsApp,” said a statement from Reliance Jio.
As one of the largest countries in the world, India is home to some of Facebook’s most thriving communities on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. This integration has been made possible as Reliance Industries Limited, Jio Platforms and Facebook last year signed binding agreements for an investment of Rs 43,574 crore by Facebook into Jio Platforms.
