In a first of its kind initiative, Reliance Industries Limited launches a ChatBot on WhatsApp, powered by Jio Haptik, to help shareholders, prospective investors, media and the general public receive accurate and immediate information about the upcoming RIL AGM. The ChatBot will act as a 24 x 7 helpdesk to answer queries related to RIL AGM.
