For Mumbai-based Rashi, 2003-04 was another year of consolidation-it recorded a steady growth for the second time running. Agency operations reached Rs 164 crore, but that literally put its own RP Tech desktop brand into oblivion with some sales happening only in the government sector. The company maintained its policy of adding only one principal during the year-IBM Thinkpad notebooks came into the kitty this time. In fact, IBM and Sony were the largest contributors to the company's coffers. On the services side, the company launched four Rashi Care Centers in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kochi.
